Health and Wellness Initiatives

We are committed to a management philosophy based on the belief that employees’ physical and mental health and full use of their individuality and abilities will contribute to the development of the company and society as a whole. Environment

Environmental Policy

We aim to acquire ISO 9001:2015 certification by March 2027. The entire company will work together to provide quality that satisfies customers and promote environmentally conscious business activities.

Efforts to Reduce CO₂

Through our efforts, our company will contribute to the creation of a sustainable society. To achieve carbon neutrality, we will reduce wasted and lost materials along with reducing CO₂ emissions.

Governance

Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

We will establish Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with the aim of minimizing the damage caused by natural disasters and pandemics and to swiftly restore business operations in such events.

Information security

We recognize that it is our social responsibility to appropriately handle personal information and other information assets in order to protect the value of our stakeholders, including shareholders, employees and business partners.

We also strive to improve information literacy through information security education for all employees.

Compliance

We aim to be a trusted company by complying with laws and regulations as well as upholding corporate ethical guidelines. To this end, we will conduct compliance education for all employees to ensure thorough compliance practices.

   1. We aim to improve product quality with customer satisfaction as our first priority.
   2. We will continuously improve our controls to create one-of-a-kind products.
   3. We aim to build a manufacturing system with zero process defects.
3. We set quality targets in line with our Quality Policy and periodically review their appropriateness.
4. We evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system by periodically reviewing information from both inside and outside the company, and strive for continuous improvement.
5. This policy aims to raise awareness and effectively implement our quality management system by educating our employees about the quality policy, and its objectives and targets.
